The upper floor constitutes a master bedroom with a vaulted ceiling, wooden floor, and a comfortable bed. You can watch the sea from your bed through the window in front of you. An elegant dressing area is reserved behind the bed. The room also has an HD TV, DVD player, and a home theater.
Next is the Mezzanine bedroom. It has a white iron double bed that leads to a terrace with panoramic views. There’s also a cozy mezzanine with a double mattress, a flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. The bathroom comes with a shower.
The basement features a bedroom suite with a separate entrance to the courtyard, a modern kitchen, a washing machine, and a dryer. There’s also a spa room on this floor with an indoor heated Jacuzzi. From there, you can go to the pool area.
The pool area has a private infinity pool, a shaded lounge area under a pergola, and sunbeds. The terrace on the upper floor has a sitting area with fantastic views. At the back of the house, there is private parking and a BBQ area.
