Looking to explore Santorini and its rich history? Book the 3 Islands Tour for the ultimate experience!

Important note: Due to safety measures currently in place, the port in Therasia will remain closed until the end of May. As a result, the volcano tour will not include a stop at Therasia during this period. However, there will be an additional stop near Therasia, with the opportunity for a second swim, in addition to the one at the Hot Springs.

The 3 Islands Tour of Santorini is the most budget-friendly option available if you want to marvel at the island's unique landscapes while learning more about its fascinating past. Offering a 6-hour and a 9-hour tour option, it invites you to join an unforgettable journey where you will hike the famous Santorini Volcano, swim in the Hot Springs, and visit the charming island of Therasia.

The 6-hour tour starts at 11:30 and finishes at 17:30, with two convenient options to choose from. The first option involves heading to the Old Port of Santorini, located below the village of Fira. You can reach the port by taking a 3-minute cable car ride or by walking down approximately 600 steps. Alternatively, for a smoother experience, opt for the option including round-trip transportation, which departs from Athinios Port and follows the same itinerary.

Your adventure begins with a 10-minute sail to Nea Kameni, home to Santorini's active volcano. Upon arrival, you will have 1 hour and 15 minutes to explore the volcanic area with a knowledgeable tour guide who will share the island's history, while the hike to the top rewards you with stunning panoramic views, perfect for capturing memorable photos. After leaving Nea Kameni, the next stop is Palaia Kameni, where you will visit the Hot Springs. The boat anchors in the small bay of Agios Nikolaos, and you will swim about 30 meters to reach the sulfur-rich waters of the Hot Springs. The water is typically 3 to 4 degrees Celsius warmer than the surrounding sea, and you’ll have around 30 minutes to enjoy this unique swimming experience.

The final destination is the island of Therasia, a tranquil, untouched gem with just 300 permanent residents. You will have 2 hours of free time to explore. You can swim in the crystal-clear waters of Korfos, savor traditional Greek cuisine at a local taverna, or wander through the picturesque village of Manolas with its narrow streets and stunning views.

If you choose the 9-hour full-day tour, your adventure continues! Once you reach Athinios Port, a bus will transport you to the picturesque village of Oia, where you can stroll down its cobblestone streets, shop for unique souvenirs, and watch the legendary sunset. The bus will bring you back to your point of departure after that, wrapping up a day of memories and experiences to remember!

Either option you choose, you'll be spending hours of exploration across Santorini island. The 6-hour tour option offers the chance to hike up to the top of the crater, swim in the hot springs in Palaia Kameni, and visit Therasia Island on the return. On the other hand, the 9-hour full-day option enriches this experience with an additional visit to Oia, ideal for those who wish to explore the charming town as well as marvel at its renowned sunset.

Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity to explore Santorini’s 3 islands in one unforgettable trip and create memories that will last a lifetime!

Disappointing due to poor communication

Boat ride, volcano trek and hot springs as advertised. Transfers totally unorganized and chaotic at the dock. Very little to no instruction from guides on land or on the boat. Could be so much better.

Hot spring is a bit of misleading but a walk on the volcano is interesting

The walk on the volcano was as expected, hot, barren, sport shoes required, although it is not a very long walk. Before the walk the ship stopped for the hot spring in the middle of the water, and customers could choose to swim over. The sea water was very cold, the hot spring was not much better, a bit warmer in a few spots and in general cold as well. Definitely only for people who's good at swimming, not suitable for young kids, didn't look very safe as the staff were not going into the water. The departing port was also confusing, as the Fira old port was under maintenance till end of May 2025, the departing port was Athinios port. The details on the website wasn't very clear on those. Also there was additional ticket to purchase for the volcano.
