Starting daily from Ammoudi Bay in Oia at 14:00, you will have the chance to see the spectacular volcanic cliffs before visiting Therasia island for a first dive in the crystal clear waters and heading to the famous Volcano of Santorini for another swim with the stunning wild view of the volcanic scenery a few meters away. After, you will set sail for Akrotiri village, where you will admire its adorable Venetian lighthouse and an interesting rock formation on the caldera, called the Indian Rock.
The next stops are at Mesa Pigadia Beach, White Beach or Red Beach, depending on the weather conditions and the wind. Here, besides the tremendous landscapes, you can relax by the water or swim your worries away in addition to taking beautiful photos and use the snorkeling gear to discover underwater thrills. Most of all, you will indulge in a palatable meal in spectacular surroundings. After dinner, following the caldera coastline, you can take splendid photographs of the admirable old port of Fira, the hidden church of Seven Holy Youths and the bay of Armeni. You will certainly have a blast and enjoy greatly the views, the landscapes, the swimming, the relaxation and, of course, the appetizing BBQ fresh Fish/Seafood meal. The starters include Greek salad with organic products and Cretan oil, tzatziki and grilled feta cheese, and mushrooms. For the main dish you can choose between chicken leg fillet with marinade served with pork sausage and sea bream with shrimps. The vegetarian option is spaghetti Napolitan (red sauce). The meal is accompanied by fresh fruit and unlimited water, sparkling water, beer and white wine.

Perfect afternoon/evening!
We spent 7ish hours on the Carpe Diem. The staff couldn’t have been more attentive and friendly. My girlfriend is 6 months pregnant and the crew regularly came to check on her and often helped her to move easily around the boat. The food was lovely and the view of the sunset was beyond compare. The crew also took some amazing pictures of us in front of sunset.

Memories of a lifetime.
We did a 6 hour dinner / sunset cruise. Smooth communication and very responsive. Pick up was punctual and polite. We were 6 of us on the catamaran, which may not be typical. But season has been slow to start. It felt very private and luxurious. Through every step, we observed how professional the young deckhands, Zoey and George were. Very attentive and despite being busy with many tasks aboard , they took wonderful care of us. We stopped at a couple of spots where if you wished you could go for a swim. Dinner was served . And this was the best part. Top notch food. Blow away by the freshness and the service, fresh seafood was grilled . I had the sea bream and my wife had the chicken souvlaki. We were served , sausages and octopus , greek salad, and eggplant dip and tzaziki for appetizers. Plentiful supply of white wine and beer and sparkling water. The boat was also fancier than I expected. Clean and nice bathrooms below deck. Perfect in every sense. Thanks to the crew, i sincerely wish the young folks all the success in their ling maritime careers, you made our stay memorable. I cant give enough thanks!

Food was lovely. But there was no commentary on the boar so I didn't know where I was. I thought we were supposed to see the sulphur and the volcanoes but we saw nothing. The staff were lovely and friendly although hard to understand sometimes.
