The Agios Stylianos Church has been a revered location for a century, dedicated to Saint Stylianos. According to a list compiled by Petros De Stefani, the church is said to have existed at least as early as 1757, while the exact year of construction is unknown. Among the many alterations the church has experienced throughout the years is a 1988 refurbishment that preserved its structural integrity.
Every year, on November 26th, the feast day of St. Stylianos is celebrated, and both residents and tourists flock to the church to pay their respects to the saint and take in its serene surroundings.
Agios Stylianos, a cross-shaped building with a dome, is a stunning specimen of Santorinian architecture.
