Located in the charming traditional settlement of Finikia in Oia, Casa Vicenza is a perfect destination for those seeking tranquility and peacefulness. Casa Vicenza is just a 10-minute walk from the bustling center of Oia if you're looking for more excitement.
Recently renovated in June 2022, the house includes a fully air-conditioned, open-space bedroom with a kitchenette, a 32-inch smart TV with Netflix (no satellite), a spacious bathroom with a rain shower, and an open closet. The house also includes a small living room with a sofa bed and separate access to the yard, a second closet with an iron and iron board, and a safe. Guests will have exclusive access to the house and yard, with no shared facilities. Upon arrival, guests will receive a welcome basket filled with delicacies from the traditional bakery. Cleaning facilities and a change of towels are available every two days.
The narrow streets of Finikia are only accessible by humans and donkeys, so there are no cars in the village. However, free parking is available four minutes away from the house. At the entrance of the village, you can find a mini-market offering souvenirs, coffee, pastries, and refreshments. The bus stop, where you can catch the bus to Fira, is just a seven-minute walk from the house. The main airport of Santorini is approximately 30 minutes away, while the main port is 45 minutes by car. Transfers to and from the house can be arranged at reasonable prices.

The tranquil village of Finikia is located on the north part of Santorini, 10 kilometers northwest of the capital Fira, very close to Oia settlement. The village stands out for the colorful buildings that remind a painting and compose an incredible setting. It overlooks green vineyards and the neighboring islands. From Finikia you can explore the appealing beaches of the northeast coast, like Baxedes and Paradisos.
Contrary to the architecture of Oia, where the houses are built on the caldera owing a wild beauty, the houses in Finikia are in harmony and consist of delightful yards, stairs and interesting facades.

Excellent stay in the town of Finikia, walking distance to Oia. The location is perfect, the town is very nice and small compared to other towns in Santorini. Two bedroom apartment with all required amenities (except laundry). Highly recommended for a short or ling stay in Santorini. Rent a car a explore the island in more detail, other than just main tourist towns and attractions. Wine is really good and there are amazing beaches off the beaten path that feel authentic and less touristy. Will stay here again. Highly recommended.
