Hermes Two-Bedroom Villa is a 75sq.m villa with two bedrooms in an open space configuration. The villa has one bathroom attached to the master bedroom. Each bedroom features a queen-size bed and the master bedroom features 1 single sofa bed as well, increasing the total capacity to 5 persons. Hermes Villa has a minibar, bathrobes, slippers, bathroom amenities, rain shower, safe, and air conditioning, and also features a kitchenette. Hermes villa also has a private cave-style pool, as well as an outdoor seating area.
The villa is located in the traditional village of Finikia, close to Oia. The area offers a panoramic sea view but not a Caldera view.

The tranquil village of Finikia is located on the north part of Santorini, 10 kilometers northwest of the capital Fira, very close to Oia settlement. The village stands out for the colorful buildings that remind a painting and compose an incredible setting. It overlooks green vineyards and the neighboring islands. From Finikia you can explore the appealing beaches of the northeast coast, like Baxedes and Paradisos.
Contrary to the architecture of Oia, where the houses are built on the caldera owing a wild beauty, the houses in Finikia are in harmony and consist of delightful yards, stairs and interesting facades.

The transfer I scheduled/confirmed/pre-paid with the Sophia hotel to the airport never arrived to pick me up, so I was forced to call an Uber at 3:30am to attempt to make it to my flight on time. Sophia still has not refunded me for the service that was never completed by them, and they are claiming that their driver did pick me up and take me to the airport even though I was never contacted by the driver at all. Terrible communication, service, and customer satisfaction.
Super friendly welcome! Told lots of interesting information about the island and local area! Recommendations of places to see and restaurants. The Villa was amazing! Really clean and well maintained! Great service and genuinely lovely staff! The walk from the concierge to Villa was quite a long walk with suitcases (5 mins) on cobbled streets!
Our group of seven (extended family) had a fantastic stay. The bedrooms are beautiful, interestingly designed to put a modern finish while leaving the unique exposed rock. Rooms were well-stocked with fresh towels, soap, shampoo, pleasant aromas with reed infusers, slippers & bathrobes, outlets and end tables on both sides of every bed, no issues with losing hot water for showers even with a larger group, cozy outdoor space with a large table & kitchenette, and a rooftop pool with cabana and chairs. Nespresso, tea kettle, and bottled water was provided upon arrival. The villa is a simple walk to the center of Oia (or an easy drive or scooter ride; we walked, and had a car and scooter as backup). Within the village just a couple minutes’ walk from the villa are restaurants and a market with essential items, as well as an ATM. We were greeted upon arrival by the property manager Chrys and his colleagues Dipak & Ripon who assisted in getting all of our luggage to the villa. He provided all the information and recommendations we could have possibly wanted, and was patient, friendly, and welcoming. The property manager made himself available via text for any needs or questions we may have during our stay from morning until midnight, and said to call him any time of the night if we had any kind of emergency. We have no doubt that they would’ve quickly tended to any needs we had during our stay. Upon checkout, the property manager and colleague were back to assist with getting luggage to our vehicle and send us off with friendly service.
Very nice place to stay near Oia (20min by foot), in an old cave house with a stunning design. The pool is beautiful with a panoramic view on the sunset. The staff is really professional and listening to your needs. The place is located in the traditionnal village of Finikia, with much less tourists than Oia.
