Thank you very much for the hospitality and kindness, we loved the vila , it is very nice vila and services is super great. For sure i would recommend it for everyone. We had Deluxe Vila and got upgraded for one night to other vila which was very nice, we had breakfast on the pool we spent amazing night. Thanks to Theoni she is very nice and supportive. She was 24/7 of helping, she is amazing. Keep it up and see you soon ✅🙏👋
Not worth the price. For this kind of price, you should get a better experience. I booked the deluxe villa for €668 a night. 1. Breakfast was subpar, very basic breakfast. Given that this is the only thing they serve you, it should be better than average. Also food is not fresh and lacks variety. 2. Room view and hotel location were not expected. You will be in the pool between farms and donkeys and dogs barking. Location was a surprise to us. Sea view is poor. 3. AC is a split unit that does not accommodate the whole room. Sometimes, it gets hot, and the AC can not keep up even with the coldest settings. 4. Given that there is no reception or room service, you need to make sure you have everything before the staff leaves at 4 pm. Housekeeping is until 4 pm. 5. Sunbed is useless. Its very uncomfortable to sit on. Very short. Im 174 cm tall. The rate should be lower for such experience.
We have recently stayed at the senses luxury houses for our honeymoon, an honestly the place is amazing. Eleni was our hostess for the days we were they and nothing was to much to ask, she arranged transportation for us, organised breakfast each morning and reccommened place's around the island to visit. 10 out of 10 for customer service The location is great 10minute walk into fira which was perfect for us, as the villas are private enough and not in all the hustle and bustle but still very accessible. The rooms are very clean, comfortable with fresh towels each morning, along with a mini bar to use, the attention to detail was outstanding. We would definitely return back to this hotel we had a great time thankyou for such an amazing experience. Jodie
Our stay at Senses Luxury Homes family villa was amazing from start to finish. Even though we arrived early, Eleini greeted us and gave us recommendations for our stay. After a tour of the villa with nice interior and exterior design, we were ready to enjoy our time in Santorini. The location was great being just a few minutes walk away from Fira’s bustling center. Breakfast delivery each morning was a plus with plenty of options. Finally, having both a hot tub and pool provided extra relaxation to our stay. We highly recommend planning your stay with Senses Luxury!
