Villa Erotas with Heated Private Pool

Perfect location! Love the shuttle to Fira! Breakfast was great! Views were STUNNING! Sunset view on the island. We drove the whole island and I think this hotel was the best I saw, with the best views! Costa was AMAZING, he made us feel such at home every time we saw him! Would DEFINITELY stay here every time we come to the island.

Wonderful views and great staff. Rooms are clean, food is delicious! You need to hire a car because shuttle bus timings are not the best.

We lived in the hotel in the off peak season in April. We were welcomed by a apathetic man , and asked to change to a triple room for our child. Although we insisted that the child sleeps with us in the same bed, we were still changed, leaving the extra single bed alone in the new room , nobody sleeping on it. Of course the point is that, for the reason , they can charge half more money for it! And the new room was just painted , and had a extremely smelly of paint ! In the day it’s fine because of the wind and the open door. But in the night , especially in the bathroom in the deep of the room , the odour was extremely strong , I even felt nauseous when I was in the night for toilet!! And the second day I told the receptionist about it and asked for a new room , then they changed a new room for us , but nothing else , just said a ‘sorry’ without sympathy. The most important is , I suspect that the paint is used for outdoors instead of indoors!!! I’ve done the paint for my own house and can say the odor of the paint is absolutely not for indoors!!! I can’t believe that the hotel even ignore the customers’ health so much !!!!!!

Incredible views, multiple pools and the most amazing staff. Everyone from front desk to restaurant staff to housekeeping. There are a lot of stairs( not sure if there were elevators), but good exercise! Breakfast buffet is amazing! Would highly recommend if you want the best unobstructed views.
