Disappointment and the pictures do not correspond to reality. The positive aspects of the hotel are the view and the location. Very poor service at the breakfast buffet,it was not refilled and the toast machine/juice machine did not work well. The room looked old and really needs to be refreshed. The bed was comfortable though. The people working at the breakfast and bar were not service oriented and had a boring attitude towards the guests- everything felt so difficult when you asked for something. The reception and cleaning staff were always nice and accommodating though. The price you have to pay does not match the room or the services. I do not recommend this hotel.
Santorini is beautiful, shame the bathroom door did not shut properly, needs fixing, and the hot tub could do with a good scrub out, not the cleanest, otherwise a lovely holiday. Domestic cleaners were fantastic, cleaning the room every day, fresh towels etc.
Quite disappointed, we discovered the place on social networks, we took a bed, the place is quite small but very beautiful with a superb view. The price is 50€ per drink so the food is not good at all, the smoothies were undrinkable and we were under pressure to order, the waiter rushed us even though we weren't hungry yet. And when discussing with the people next to us she had the same opinion and also big details!! They don't charge the same price to each customer, it's really unprofessional
One of the most quiet and relaxing environments I have ever been to and also a few minutes away from the center of the island by car. We spent three nights and we are completely satisfied with our room and the services. The staff was very helpful and kind and they also made great recommendations to us for activities on the island. Also, the food and cocktails were excellent but what makes the place unique is the unforgettable view.
