Honeymoon Suite with Hot Tub and Caldera View

We wanted the Caldera view experience and Avianto Suites proved the best place to be!!! Cozy rooms, great breakfast with stunning Caldera view. Margarita and the rest of the Team were very hospitable and helpful !!

Lovely small hotel with an awesome view of the caldera. A big choice for breakfast and very good quality. The room service was excellent and very thorough. Vangelis and his team are very friendly and helpful. We would always stay there again.

MUST READ BEFORE BOOKING Unfortunately this accomodation was appalling for the price paid. Yes the view is amazing, but that is it. We stayed at another nearby villa beforehand that was cheaper and much higher quality. This had no kitchen amenities, tea bags yet no kettle. I asked how we are to make tea and he said to phone reception for hot water (there was no phone). I asked how do we call with no phone, “just come up to reception and ask”. The shower door was missing and the main door to the bathroom did not close properly. I requested a refund after 30 minutes of checking in which was refused. Privacy isn’t great on the balcony, no bidet yet no toilet paper allowed in the toilet. No sealed water, they offered a refilled/reused bottle from there “filtered tap”. A tiny bed with dated bedding and old decor. Not easy to find reception and staff didn’t respond to emails prior to arrival. All things considered we booked the “Honeymoon suite”, no congratulations, no wine, no anything. No espresso coffee available, filter or Greek coffee only. Low water level in the spa which then made a sucking noise all night and a huge sink yet a tap so small you can’t even fit your hands under it.

My partner and I stayed at Avianto suites a few weeks ago. We absolutely LOVED it. The minute we arrived we felt at home. The staff were so friendly that we stood with them for about 15-20 minutes chatting and they recommended us some great places to visit while in Santorini. We stayed on reception level in the furthest room with the outdoor spa. The room was always clean and had everything we needed. A massive highlight was the location. Out of all of the places we visited while in Santorini, this was by far the best location. The view was amazing, there was parking and the hotel isn’t located far down so a short walk from the street. My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and would definitely come back to this hotel.
