Bellonias villas is located on the volcanic beach of Kamari and dates back to 1983. A contemporary design beach project fused with its history and local elements, combining and mixing the world of the past with the one of the present.
The fresh thinking of the Greek architects and artists joint with the passion and creativity of the owners, integrated into the sole Santorinian landscape, in order to draw inspiration for this project. Elements from nature like wood and stone completed with a modern aesthetic are creating a warm and welcoming ambiance.

Kamari is one of the most vibrant places in Santorini, located 10 km away from Fira. This beach village is overflowing with restaurants, café-bars, taverns, and shops where you can meet local adventure lovers.
The Kamari beach, known for its black volcanic sand, is hands down one of the most beautiful beaches in Santorini. You can go swimming, snorkeling, or scuba diving or sit back and relax by the beach. You can also dance to some live music. The enormous Mesa Vouno rock rises from the sea on the left side of the beach. Glistening in the dark, it makes for a cool hangout spot at night.

In order to reach the place from the port, take the bus from the Port to Fira and then change to another bus with direction to Kamari.
This was the first stop of our honeymoon. The pool and bar area was very modern and luxurious. Our room was clean and big! The staff was the best part. So friendly and kind.
Our first time visiting Santorini and we chose to stay in Kamari, as it was quieter and the hotels are a fraction of the cost of the hotels on the west side of the island. The Bellonias Villas hotel is a stunningly beautiful property. The staff are all amazing (a special hello to George our waiter who made us laugh the entire time). Service is excellent as are the food and drinks. We hope to return and bring our family and friends next summer. Thank you all for a wonderful stay!! We highly recommend this hotel!’
Fantastic stay at Bellonias Villas! The service provided was excellent, the staff really go above and beyond to help you with anything. We stayed in the apartment room which was so spacious, with 2 bathrooms, a bedroom and a living room/kitchenette and beautiful decor throughout. Everywhere is very clean and well maintained and you can see the staff work really hard. The hotel is just opposite the beach and has it's own area with beach beds, you can order drinks and food to your bed. I would 100% recommend this hotel if you are staying in Kamari, It looked to be one of the best hotel in the town. So glad we chose Bellonias Villas!
A gem. Great location, lovely hotel grounds. Serene, relaxed vibe. Great pool area although I did all of my swimming in the beautiful ocean just steps away. Excellent, friendly service and clean, clean, clean!
