Noūs Santorini

I cannot recommend this hotel based on our recent experience. My fiancé and I booked our honeymoon stay here but became concerned after learning about mandatory government evacuation notices and natural disaster risks (earthquakes and tsunamis) affecting Santorini. When we contacted the hotel about these safety concerns: • Pavlos K (Nous) and Luz A (Tablet Hotels) were completely unresponsive or sent back canned responses, not acknowledging our concerns. • They refused to acknowledge the internationally reported safety risks • They declined to offer any flexibility with dates • They would not adjust rates despite the extraordinary circumstances • No concessions were made regarding the documented natural disaster situation It’s unfortunate, as we were looking forward to our stay. However, given their handling of legitimate safety concerns during what should be a special occasion, we recommend considering other accommodations or different Greek islands entirely.

An absolutely amazing experience! The atmosphere is impeccably clean, relaxing, and comfortable. The staff is polite and incredibly helpful, always going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The breakfast is outstanding, with a variety of fresh, healthy options, delicious pastries, and baguettes straight out of the oven. What truly sets this place apart is the warm, friendly service. Each morning began with a lovely greeting from the wonderful staff at breakfast, making the start of the day feel special. Walking from our room to the breakfast area was always a treat, especially when greeted by Petra's welcoming smile.

My wife and I still find ourselves dreaming of our unforgettable stay at Nous Santorini, where we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary in absolute paradise. This resort didn’t just exceed our expectations—it redefined them. It’s truly the best property we’ve ever stayed at, and that’s saying something, as I travel weekly for work, hold Marriott Bonvoy Titanium status (nearly Lifetime Platinum), and have very high standards for service and quality. Here’s what we miss most about the magical Nous Santorini: Breathtaking Design and Amenities: The resort’s stunning architecture, immaculate landscaping, and thoughtful design blew us away. From luxurious rooms to the most picturesque pool imaginable, every detail was extraordinary. The spa was a particular highlight, offering a complimentary sauna, cold plunge pool, and a serene indoor-outdoor swimming area surrounded by lush gardens. Perfectly Balanced Location: Perched with enchanting sea views of the island’s eastern coast, the resort was a peaceful haven. It’s a short walk to the bus stop, giving us easy access to Thira’s iconic sunsets and Kamari Beach’s laid-back vibes—all without the chaos of tourist crowds. Unforgettable Dining: Breakfast was an experience in itself! The food was divine—imagine the best pastries you’ve ever tasted, like giant croissants and caramel cruffins filled with heavenly custard cream. Add to that perfectly brewed Freddos by the pool, and you’ve got a morning routine worth waking up for. Exceptional Staff: Above all, the Nous Santorini team made our stay truly special. Led by the incredible Charalampos and Vassiliki, every interaction felt warm, genuine, and attentive. Their kindness and care elevated our experience to something truly unforgettable. Nous Santorini is more than just a resort—it’s a dream we can’t wait to relive. If you’re looking for a place that combines luxury, tranquility, and heartfelt hospitality, this is it. We’re counting down the days until we can return!

Great location in the center of the island. The cold plunge, sauna and steam room was a great unexpected amenity for free use. Christina and Alex provided us with an excellent massage mid trip. The staff were beyond friendly and helpful. The rooms were lovely although the air was a little cool to enjoy the private pool at night.
