Monolithos is a village located on the eastern coast of the Greek island of Santorini, just below the island's airport, and approximately 6km away from Fira, the island's capital. The village derives its name from the prominent rock formation known as 'Monolith,' on which the Church of Agios Ioannis is situated.

In order to reach the place from the port, take the bus from the Port to Fira and then change to another bus with direction to Monolithos beach.
Some design/instalment mishaps, like the sink faucet being blocked by the mirror etc. but overall nice and quiet location away from the chaos. The hallways are very noisy if you have loud neighbours though. Relatively modern hotel. Nice balcony! Just around the corner from the airport-not really walkable route but possible.
On my arrival the receptionist Rouler was amazing with Maria very welcoming and friendly, I loved the room very spotless top notch super clean everything, the staff very friendly and helpful easy to approach, but rouler I don't know if correct spelling she was fantastic brilliant friendly helpful, and she was amazing during breakfast ,definitely I will come back again,and tosho the reception gentleman was helpful and lefty it was a good spend of holiday .I would recommend this place easy to access many places and amenities. Breakfast was very good buffet everything was available and a good variety of meals. Definitely ill come back thanks for everything
Excellent for the price in Santorini. But the rooms although clean and basic could do with modernising. Location is a bit out the way, close to the airport which didn’t bother me but would some. It is however close to a mini market and a few decent restaurants right along the beach. Staff excellent overall very friendly and helpful. Breakfast although nice and always plenty available could do with more choice/selection.
We really enjoyed the welcome treat we found on the kitchen table. Specially the staff was the one of the best and welcoming and supportive. This place was very quiet and relaxed. Room was very big and relaxing. Sea view room was very good and view was awesome. I really enjoyed my vacation on this resort. I recommend this hotel for everyone . Come any enjoy your vacation on this hotel .
