White House Villa

This beautiful property is situated at the highest spot of Oia village in the Perivolas area. The unique location promises breathtaking views of the village, volcano, and caldera. The sight of the sun going down into the crystal blue waters of the Aegean Sea is unbelievable.

The villa is 500 m away from Oia’s center, with spacious parking outside. There are several restaurants and markets and a bus stop nearby. As evident by its name, the property boasts an all-white interior with contemporary design and traditional architecture.

The courtyard features a Jacuzzi and plunge pool for six people that offer stunning views of the caldera, Aegean Sea, and Oia village. The facilities offered at the White House include air conditioning, satellite TV, Wi-Fi, Hi-Fi, hairdryer, telephone, DVD, and safety boxes. You’ll find a fridge, microwave oven, cooking stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, and other essentials in the kitchen.

Comprised of three floors, the 180 sq. meter-White House is ideal for couples, big families, and groups of friends. Guests receive daily maid service and concierge services.

The main house or White Residence consists of two levels. The upper level has a large cave house fully furnished with antiques. The luxury bedroom comes with a double bed and an en-suite marble bathroom with a Jacuzzi bathtub. There are comfortable sofas and a wooden table in the living room.

The dining area has a massive antique table and there is also a full kitchen with a large fridge and modern appliances. From the living room, the stairs lead up to the attic with a sofa bed and window offering majestic sea views.

This lower level consists of a small living area, a WC with shower, a largely built shower cabin, and a bedroom with a King size bed that can separate into two singles if requested and a double bed nested in the window of the cave.

The upper-level apartment or White Loft connects to the White House via interior stairs. and from the exterior via a separate entrance. It features a living room, kitchenette, bathroom with a shower, and aloft bedroom. You can gaze at the moon and stars through the ceiling or admire the village and sea views from the windows. You can also overlook the volcano sitting on a chair on the balcony.
