Perissa is a coastal village, located on the southeastern edge of the island. A brilliant choice thanks to the combination of its amenities, an intense nightlife with events of all sorts and most of all, the proximity to the sea.
The reason most visitors come to Perissa is to take pleasure in the extraordinary beach, which is characterized by deep, dark blue waters and black lava sand. In order to reach the place from the port, take the bus from the Port to Fira and get off in Pyrgos village. Then, take another bus with direction to Perissa.
The hotel is good for couples, environment was beautiful, friendly and quiet. The cocktails were good and the food okay. I gave it 3 stars because only a bottle of water was provided on the day of arrival. Bottled water should be complementary and provided every morning. I shouldn’t have to walk the streets to buy water after paying for my package. Nonetheless, it was worth the visit and tour.
We stayed at Aqua Blue for a special family occasion, and we were very well looked after. The staff are so helpful, on email and in person. Friendly, welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are spacious, cosy beds, bathrooms immaculately clean. Fresh towels every day and beds made. You are made to feel very special. The restaurant has a small selection for half board, but it was more than enough - all fresh and delicious local food. Close to bars, restaurants and activity options. We had a wonderful time here!
This hotel is sincerely the best we have enjoyed. The staff is friendly and efficient. The grounds and rooms are immaculate. The location is incredible and even features chaise lounges with waitstaff service at normal rates. Speaking of pricing; the rates are exceptionally fair and a bargain for what you get.
SIMPLY THE BEST!!! A beautiful Hotel strategically located in on of the most beautiful beaches in Santorini. Personnel was very kind, respectful, helpful and attentive. We stayed in a part of the hotel that there was no kids. This is a super quiet place, despite being located next to a beach and many restaurants
