On the outdoor area of the King Albus villa there is a stylish lounge, a pool and daybeds. Everything you need after a long day of exploration or the perfect morning start.
The 200 sq.m villa comprises of three stories and can accommodate spaciously up to 8-9 guests. On the ground floor is positioned the entrance leading to the living room, the dining area, the kitchen and the WC. The panoramic view can be enjoyed from the windows all around the space. Heading to the first floor there is the master bedroom with a king-size bed, two other bedrooms with queen-size beds and two bathrooms with shower. At the basement, the guests can rejoice in the large heated indoor pool and the entertainment lounge. It includes also the fourth bedroom and the third bathroom with a shower.
The breakfast is included in the price, there is a variety of options of Greek homemade delicacies that guests can choose from and it is served in the villa. Bedding, towels and pool towels, toiletries and slippers are provided free of charge and of course, we are happy to provide bathrobes, upon request. The housekeeping is daily.

Pyrgos is the highest village of Santorini, providing great panoramic views of both sides of the island and is 8 km from Fira, the capital of the island.
Pyrgos is surrounded by blue-domed churches and vineyards. Here and there you will meet small galleries and shops tucked into hidden corners, as you get around the successive, uphill, and downhill alleys.
At the bottom of the village, there are some tourist shops, mini markets, welcoming restaurants, and taverns with delicious food and coffee shops, most of them around the main, round square.

The hotel was an exceptional experience from start to finish! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, making us feel truly welcome. The location is stunning, with breathtaking views, and the architecture stands out as unique for the island. Every corner of the hotel has a distinct aesthetic that impressed us, setting it apart from other accommodations. We will definitely choose this place again in the future, and we highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort and beauty on their vacation!
We enjoyed our stay very much. We were able to stay here with a large wedding party and it was perfect. We traveled from the U.S. and felt right at home. Breakfast was great and the host was very kind and attentive.
Horrible!!! We booked a small villa for two, and when we arrived, another woman had already been checked in. An unpleasant man met us and started showing us a room in another villa, where the bedroom was in the basement, and said that he wanted to check us in there! But we booked a completely different villa. We refused this option and were told that they would return our money, but they still haven’t returned it and the money for our trip was frozen. In addition, because of this, we spent a whole day looking for another place to stay, and we only allocated 2 days for Santorini. The owner of these villas turned out to be very irresponsible, they didn’t even apologize to us.
Amazing stay! We had such a lovely time at Albus Villas, owner was super nice and really helpful! She was really helpful and even helped us for some trips in santorini! The place was magical, breakfast was amazing!!! Really recommend it, and will go back after the pandemic!
