The Santorini Villa features a fully equipped kitchen complete with modern appliances, including an oven and a refrigerator with an ice maker, as well as a spacious dining table ideal for communal meals. The modernly designed living room offers a comfortable seating area featuring a marble and glass dining table, an LED TV, cozy armchairs, and a mural sofa that can accommodate an additional guest. The villa comprises a master bedroom furnished with a queen-size bed and an en suite bathroom boasting a minimalist design with a shower. A separate entrance leads to a second bedroom with a Queen Size Bed and a full bathroom with a shower. Adjacent to the main house, guests will find a guesthouse with a separate entrance. The guesthouse features a spacious living room connected to an open-plan fully equipped kitchen, a dining area accommodating four guests, a master bedroom with a queen-size bed, and a minimalist-style bathroom with a shower. Connecting doors facilitate access from this guesthouse to two comfortable bedrooms. The one is furnished with twin beds pushed together and the other with a queen-size bed, both complemented by private full bathrooms equipped with showers. These two bedrooms share access to a private veranda.
Moving to the outdoor area, guests can enjoy a private courtyard spanning 10,000 square meters, featuring a private infinity pool offering fantastic sea views. The courtyard also includes a shaded lounge area under a pergola, perfect for relaxing in the shade, as well as sun beds for soaking up the Mediterranean sun. Pyrgos is the highest village of Santorini, providing great panoramic views of both sides of the island and is 8 km from Fira, the capital of the island.
Pyrgos is surrounded by blue-domed churches and vineyards. Here and there you will meet small galleries and shops tucked into hidden corners, as you get around the successive, uphill, and downhill alleys.
At the bottom of the village, there are some tourist shops, mini markets, welcoming restaurants, and taverns with delicious food and coffee shops, most of them around the main, round square.

Extremely beautiful location, we had three of the villas with the private pool...each villa had a sitting area large bathrooms, one of the villa had a mini kitchen the second villa had full kitchen..the staff was very accommodating took our order for breakfast and was ready for us by 9am each morning. Laundry service..was one of the best experience I have had in my life time..
Amazing! This was my second time in Santorini and we wanted a beautiful view and a more luxury feel. We were absolutely in love with everything. It’s extremely private, clean, breakfast every morning was delightful and delicious. They provide a car too! The cleaning service was great. We connected with our host/receptionist via what’s app that served as a concierge and helped us with taxis/transfers, scheduling, etc. Pool, hot tub, hammock. If you want an experience and want to feel like you’re on vacation, stay here! I will Be back, and I will stay here again! Just beautiful!
This is not just accommodation it is peace of art .very nice views. Clean. Nice owner. Me and my family love this villa. For sure will comeback. The only disadvantage is that you have to use car to get things from supermarket.
