Sandy Villa with Private Pool

Hands down the best stay in Santorini for me and my partner’s anniversary trip, the salty villa was beyond beautiful and cozy, and our host Maroulia was the nicest and most accommodating host we could ask for, even gifted us wine and snacks upon arrival. The entire trip was 10/10, especially the view from the villa was stunning day and night. Maroulia made our entire trip very welcoming and easy as she sends you recommendations on food/activities/transportation around the island and is available to text any time. When staying here I do recommend renting an ATV or car as the surrounding roads are not really walkable but if not Maroulia can easily book taxis for you and help you whenever you need. The surrounding neighbourhood is nicely quiet and not too far from Fira or Kamari by ATV, but there are some very nice and cheap restaurants in Pyrgos (near the villa). The villa is also not far from the airport which is very useful. Comfy beds, bathroom/toiletries and more all provided, robes towels and extra blankets also stocked in the wardrobe along with a safe. Housekeeping was very friendly too! The pool is very cold though and not heated so it takes some getting used to but overall swimming with the view and sun was amazing. We could not find anything bad about this villa and loved every second of being here, if I ever go back to Santorini I would definitely come back here!

Pros: Our host, Maroulia, was exceptionally welcoming, greeting us on the first day to hand over the keys and offering fantastic recommendations for the best restaurant on the island and catamaran tours. The villa is lovely and cozy, the pool looks amazing at night with the lighting. The breakfast was outstanding, and they were very considerate of any dietary restrictions or allergies we had. The host responded swiftly to any questions and promptly fixed our AC/heater issue. We had a 10/10 stay! This location is perfect for anyone renting a car, with easy access to Oia and Fira. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, making it an ideal retreat. Some really minor cons: - The breakfast portions were quite large for two people, so we often had leftovers. However, this isn't necessarily a negative, as the breakfast was delicious. - The pool isn't heated, so I found the water too cold to swim in, but I did manage to take a few nice photos! - The washroom has an open-concept shower stand with no bathtub, which can lead to water splashing everywhere and making the floor quite wet. Despite this, it was manageable.

A stay of 100, the villa, the charm of Santorini but most importantly the attention and helpfulness of Maroulia will be unforgettable. You are charming and a great professional. You will not find a better guide. You are a charm. Thanks a million for everything from the bottom of my heart ❤️❤️❤️

We had an amazing visit. Everyone is so kind and helpful. We woke up to a delicious breakfast every morning and a breathtaking view by our pool. Maroulia helped us with everything we needed and recommended the best restaurants and experiences. We didn’t want to ever leave!
