We tried this spot for lunch and arrived when it opened. It’s an impressive brewery and you can see their production facilities from the restaurant. We tried all the beers they had available (€28) and a gyro plate. Best fries ever! The beers are so unique- we loved them all. This place is awesome!
The beer tasting experience (25€/ person) was amazing. They served us 6 glasses of beer, each different from the other but all of them excellent (the two IPAs being our favourite). The finger food that accompanied the beer was also very tasty and pleasant. The waitstaff were also very polite, knowledgeable and most importantly discreet. Thank you for the great service.
We came as we enjoy microbrewerys whenever we travel and wanted to learn more about the brewery and taste their beers. We came without previous booking and the manager/owner received us and made a quick exception as they were hosting a private event served us some great food and a beer flight with a quick explanation of each beer. Great service, as we were leaving he offered us some more tap beer for the way to watch the sunset. He had no idea we already tipped or anything just great people around this island, great location for a microbrewery, great beers show some love if you pass through. They are worth it.

Each brew had its own unique character and flavor profile, showcasing the craftsmanship and passion that goes into every batch. From refreshing lagers to bold ales, there was something to satisfy every palate. I particularly enjoyed the Ftelos IPA, which had a perfect balance of hoppy bitterness and citrusy notes. In addition to the great beer, the food menu was equally impressive. The dishes were delicious and beautifully presented, perfectly complementing the brewery’s offerings. Whether you're a beer enthusiast or just looking for a great place to unwind, Ftelos Brewery is a must-visit when in Santorini. The combination of excellent service, fantastic brews, and a beautiful setting makes it a top-notch destination. Highly recommended!
