Vourvoulos is a small, quiet village located on the north east part of Santorini, about 4 kilometers from the capital Fira. The panorama from Vourvoulos is awe-inspiring as its position offers magnificent views to vast vineyards, meadows and shores.
It is a peaceful settlement that has to offer carefree moments away from the hustle and the bustle. There are some traditional restaurants where fresh fish and delicious local specialties are served.
From Vourvoulos you can access Pori, Columbo and Vourvoulos beaches that are not among the famous beaches of Santorini since they are mainly unspoiled and to reach them you need you own vehicle.

We stayed here in June, Maria and Marco are excellent hosts! We were well looked after, they're absolute sweethearts. The room was clean and bright, nice pool to use and easy to park. It's nice as it's away from all the tourists but a short distance to the main town.
Staff was so friendly and welcoming! We really enjoyed our stay at Nalu suites. Very nice small hotel. We needed a last minute room that fit our budget and I’m so glad we chose this place. At our arrival Theo provided us with so much information about the island. This was a last minute spontaneous trip for us and did not do as much research or planning so we were so thankful to have such a knowledgeable person provide us with info on where to go and eat. He recommended us such good restaurants and also helped us get a four wheeler to navigate the island without taking public transportation. We were so happy with our stay. Definitely recommend it 10/10.
Excellent location to explore the island if you want to avoid the fira crowds. The host was very welcoming. The room is very clean and the host brought us a welcoming drink and some snacks! There is a parking at the hotel which is convenient when you have your own transport. You can stargaze on the terrace at night.
Lovely rooms, great service. What else can someone want. Breakfast to fill you up till lunch! Recommended!
