We did the one hour option which was enough time. You get a brief tutorial and then you are free to go off by yourself. Calm waters. A great experience!

Cancellation
If you cancel at least 3 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 3 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, if the local Authorities prohibit the activity from operating, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability). If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the activity, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.
