Cancellation

If you cancel at least 60 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel between 59 and 31 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is a 50 percent cancellation fee. If you cancel within 30 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, if the local Authorities prohibit the activity from operating, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability). If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the activity, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.

APA

The APA (Advanced Provisioning Allowance) amount is used to cover expenses incurred during the course of the charter such as food, beverages, cleaning, mooring fees and other expenses not included in the Charter Fee. The captain of the yacht is responsible for accounting for all APA expenses during the charter and the breakdown will be presented to you in a clear manner at the end of the charter. If the costs incurred during the course of the charter are less than the APA deposit, then the difference will be refunded to the Charterer at the end of the charter. If the costs incurred during the course of the charter are over and above the APA deposit, then this difference will be payable by the Charterer at the end of the charter. It corresponds to a percentage of 20% and is calculated on the base price of the charter agreed. Provisions upon request and charged before embarkation.

Payment Policy

For future bookings, you have the option to finalize your reservation using the "Book Now & Pay Later" feature, while instant online payment is offered through various payment methods.

Security Deposit

The customer should know that a deposit of 500€ will be applied before embarkation in the form of guarantee, which will be returned after the check-out procedure, providing that no damage or loss of equipment took place during the charter. In case of any loss, it is the responsibility of the customer to replace it otherwise he/she will be charged accordingly. Guarantee deposit can be issued with the following methods: a) Credit Card Post Authorization and b) cash.

Fuels policy

The yacht is delivered full of fuel and must also be returned full of fuel. During the charter and prior to final disembarkation (charter’s check out) the Charterer will be responsible for all fuel receipts payments upon mooring.

Passport or Id

Full names of the passengers (as shown on their passport or id). Passengers need to have onboard with them their passport or id or a copy of them, in case the Port Authority runs a check on the boat. A picture on their mobile will suffice.
