Cancellation

For the private cruise, if you cancel at least 7 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 7 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. For the charter cruise, if you cancel at least 14 day(s) in advance of the scheduled date, there is no cancellation fee. If you cancel within 14 day(s) of the scheduled date, there is a 100 percent cancellation fee. Due to unpredictable weather conditions, if the local Authorities prohibit the activity from operating, you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule to a later date (subject to availability). If you fail to appear at the designated meeting point for the activity, your booking will be considered a no-show, and the full amount will be charged.

Payment Policy

For the private cruise, you will have to pay the 100% in order to secure the reservation. For the charter, a down payment 50% is required.

Meal & Drinks

For the private cruise, you’ll be served a fresh BBQ meal onboard along with unlimited drinks. For the charter, you’ll be served a fulfilling breakfast and one meal per day.

Passport or Id

Full names of the passengers (as shown on their passport or id). Passengers need to have onboard with them their passport or id or a copy of them, in case the Port Authority runs a check on the boat. A picture on their mobile will suffice.
